Display total value for grouped bar (Bar Chart) on the Tooltip

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Users would like to have visibility to the view the total number for grouped/stacked Bars in the Tooltip.

How are they solving it currently?

Currently it is possible to show the total number only on top of the bar, by enabling the Show values feature.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Implement the total number on the Tooltip as well.
