Improved dashboard to chart flow

For some users, the conceptual line between an individual chart and a dashboard is thin. Currently, the information architecture supports a very segmented organization and navigation between dashboards and charts, forcing users to go back and forth between chart creation, dashboard creation, and modification of the two entities.

Rethink IA and navigation around charts and dashboards to make them more cohesive and streamlined to the end user.
