If there are collaborative features in Preset that allow tagging users, filtering should key for how the comments work. Comments should only appear for specific filters since our users have different filtered view

With the dbt integration, it would be nice to merge the existing datasets into dbt so there are not two sources of truth to reconciles when the dbt integration is live.
