What is the problem or goal you're trying to solve or accomplish?
When a Pivot Table has multiple metrics configured on columns and "Show Row Totals" is enabled, Preset generates a single combined "Total (Sum)" column instead of separate total columns per metric. This makes it impossible to see individual metric totals side by side, which is a core reporting requirement for customers migrating from MSTR.
How are you solving it currently?
No adequate workaround exists. The "Apply metrics on Rows" + "Show rows subtotal" option provides per-metric subtotals but changes the entire layout to a row-stacked orientation, which breaks cross-metric side-by-side comparisons and is not acceptable for stakeholders.
What is your recommended solution?
When multiple metrics are configured on columns in a Pivot Table, "Show Row Totals" should generate a separate total column for each metric (e.g., "Total — Metric A", "Total — Metric B") placed at the far right of the table, rather than a single aggregated total column.
