Allow higher row limits for the Interactive Table chart

What is the problem or goal you're trying to solve or accomplish?

Users need to display and export more than 100,000 rows from the Interactive Table chart. The current SQL_MAX_ROW ceiling of 100,000 blocks customers who work with large raw/un-aggregated datasets (e.g. student-course level tables) from viewing or downloading their complete data through this chart type

How are you solving it currently?

Not currently possible on the Interactive Table chart. The only workaround is migrating affected charts to the older/legacy table chart type, which does support larger exports (up to ~500k rows) via streaming download. However, this isn't a viable blanket solution for customers, since the legacy table type lacks the interactive functionality (sorting, filtering, etc.) that users rely on

What is your recommended solution?

Increase the row limit ceiling Interactive Table chart (or bring its export behavior in line with the legacy table chart's higher limit), so customers aren't forced to choose between interactive functionality and the ability to work with datasets larger than 100k rows
