Ability to configure scrollbars for charts

What is the problem or goal you're trying to solve or accomplish?

The chart content is automatically updated/resized to fit the box. Users might want to preserve the current scale, and display a scrollbar in the visualization.

What is your recommended solution?

Provide the option to pin a chart scale/resolution and use scrollbar for smaller containers.
