Option to hide annotation layers from chart tooltips

What is the problem or goal you're trying to solve or accomplish?

When using annotation layers (e.g. a target line) on a bar chart, the annotation value appears inside the tooltip when hovering over the chart. This adds unnecessary information to the tooltip.

How are you solving it currently?

There is no current workaround available in Preset to hide or exclude annotation layers from the tooltip.

What is your recommended solution?

Add an option in the annotation layer configuration to control whether the annotation value should be displayed in the tooltip. This could be a simple toggle such as "Show in tooltip" that allows users to keep the annotation visible on the chart without it appearing in the hover popup.
