Dimension values that are cut off in Charts due to space should show when you hover over with mouse.

What is the problem or goal you're trying to solve or accomplish? Being able to visibly see dimension values if the chart is cutting it off.

How are you solving it currently? We can export the data but that is an extra step.

What is your recommended solution? When you hover over the value that is being cutoff, a tooltip box should pop up and show what the full value name is.
