What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
When a chart returns no results, Preset displays a default gray graph icon. Customers would like the ability to replace this placeholder with a custom image from their internal Design team to align dashboards with their branding.
How are they solving it currently?
There is no way to customize the “No Data” icon today. Customers can only use the default placeholder image.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Provide functionality that allows admins to configure or upload a custom image that will appear when a chart has no data returned.
It would be useful to upload a custom image in place of the "no data" image (in our case, our company's logo), as this would help alleviate confusion for our end users when there are specific charts they do not have data for.
