Create a way to handle groups of emails inside Preset for Reports/Alerts

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

The customer wants a way to create groups inside Preset instead of using Google groups when they need to send emails with the report/alerts feature. Currently, Google Groups only let's you create groups of emails that belongs to your own organization with private settings. If you want to include emails outside your organization, you need to eliminate the private settings, which is not good for their privacy requirements.

How are they solving it currently?

They create a Group in Google Groups where they only add members who are not part of their company, and set up the “Allow external members” configuration there.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

The customer wants a way to create groups inside Preset instead of using Google groups.
