Allow to embed outside charts from other providers into Preset

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

User wants to embed outside charts (e.g. FRED charts, Obesrvable.io chart, etc) into Preset, nevertheless Preset has Content Security Policy (CSP) restrictions, which can block the loading of iframes from external sources.

It would be helpful to allow this or at least allow a user to whitelist certain sites
