Import/Export of Tags

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Performing Import and Export of Tags, whether manually or using API/CLI does not migrate the Tags' details.

How are they solving it currently?

Manual re-map.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

When exporting a chart or dashboard with tags, include the tags in the exported file and when importing a chart or dashboard with tags, the tags should be included in the imported file.
