Ability to control the dashboard native filter logical operator used to aggregate filters

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Dashboard native filters are aggregated using the AND logical operator. It's not possible to configure dashboard filters to be aggregated using the OR logical operator.

How are they solving it currently?

Users have to create custom datasets with complex Jinja templating syntax which is not scalable.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide the ability to configure the aggregation operator used by the filters in the filter dialog configuration.
