Hide the 'Failed to generate chart edit URL' pop-up message for Drill-to-Detail permission

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

If a user who has not got permission to edit charts utilizes the drill-down feature, then they get this pop-up message.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Whilst this error is correct, it could be hidden, since someone who has not got permission to edit charts will not be expecting to edit the chart anyway, whereas they might be confused as to what this pop-up is about. In short, it leads to a confusing user experience.
