Addition of a feature to select tags for datasets

If datasets supported tags, you can easily imagine a world in which tags from Dbt models (for example) are carried into the dataset definition... where an additional feature could be enabled, to restrict access by dataset tag.

This would be major win for CI/CD. I could define my RLS / DAR at the tag level and continue to add tagged resources with the appropriate permissions automatically attached.

Another possible extension of this would be to assign tags to uploaded datasets on the basis of a user's group membership -- for example, user group Marketing might always have a "Marketing" tag applied to any virtual or physical datasets they create. This would enable even more RLS / DAR capabilities in the product.
