Expand Cross Filtering to be able to combine filters from one chart

Currently, you can only cross filter on a single dimension for a chart. But it is valuable to users to be able to select for the union of two columns dimensions.

for example in a time series bar chart, selecting a bar would filter by that date range (eg month of February) and the selected dimension (eg product line = classic cars).

And in a table chart with, for example, columns for country and for city, selecting the city (eg Dublin w/ Country Column Ireland) should only return results for that pair Dublin Ireland, and no results for Dublin, California, USA
