Add search by dataset to the Dashboards tab

Issue the User is Trying to Solve:

Find all dashboards which are associated with a particular dataset (this would be helpful for data validation and setting Data Access Roles)

How is this done currently:

Not possible, you can only search charts by dataset

Suggested Fix:
Add a search dropdown for dataset in the Dashboards tab
