What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
Users would like to export a Pivot Table from Preset to Excel while maintaing the visuals/formatting.
How are they solving it currently?
Currently not possible -- exporting both to Excel and CSV changes the formatting.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Improve the Excel export for Pivot Tables to maintain formatting/structure.
In the Interactive Pivot Table chart type, right clicking to export will preserve the format of the table.

I would like to reinforce the importance of this request, as many business users may need to export results to other tools to enhance their productivity. The ability to correctly export data to external tools would temporarily help Preset alleviate the pressure of implementing several smaller features, as users could perform those tasks in other tools if the export functionality works as expected.

Is there an estimated date for that feature? Users have been asking about it for a year now, and they're inquiring again
I have multiple business users who want to download to excel their pivot table from preset, and retain the format. This is possible using the 'Chart' option, but they want to do this from the Dashboard view of the Chart as well because this is where filters are applied and most of these business users operate in Dashboards and not the Chart view.
