What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
User would like the ability to zoom in on the World Map similar to how the state zoom functionality works on the country map (USA State map to be specific). Also, the tool tip for the Country map formats the number where as the World Map does not.
How are they solving it currently?
No solution.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Enabling Zoom at the World level and the tool tip formatting at the World Map as well to mirror the country map.
