What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
Customer would like the ability to use user groups when assigning owners to charts, datasets and dashboards.

How are they solving it currently?
No solution. adding all members of the respective group/business unit separately.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
enabling user groups that can be used to manage ownership permissions and can be configured based on the business needs.
