Move the Filter option for Tables further up on the list

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

1. The Filter option for other chart types are higher up, but it's the lowest item in the Table visualization type. This makes it difficult to access on a computer with a smaller screen.

How are they solving it currently?

1. Scroll down all of the way to the bottom of the Data table to access filters

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

1. Move the Filter option further up, inline with other charts' Filter options
