Display primary owner next to dashboard title instead of creator.

What is the problem or goal you're trying to solve or accomplish?

Name that is usually displayed next to the dashboard title is the creator (cannot be changed) instead of the owner, sometimes the creator is no longer in the company and when users want to reach out they will usually reach out directly to the user that is displayed instead of hovering and locating the owners of the dashboard.
