Provide option to reduce the intensity of the colors for conditional formatting.

What is the problem or goal you're trying to solve or accomplish?

Currently for the conditional formatting options, using any of the given options. If the condition value is very far off from the value configured the intensity of the color gets very high thus causing the text and color to be very hard to look at.
