Allow admins to increase the default maximum number of values in the dashboard filter for the Select All option

What is the problem or goal you're trying to solve or accomplish?

By default, the dashboard filter can have up to 1000 values returned. Admins can remove this limitation to include all possible values by enabling the dynamic search option in the filter. However, users will lose the Select All option once this option is enabled.

How are you solving it currently?

Currently not possible to select all values automatically.

What is your recommended solution?

Enable admins to set a new maximum row limit.
