Currently, Preset's usage metrics for embedded dashboards only provide visibility into metrics split by dashboard and users. Customers want deeper analytics into their embedded traffic, specifically to track the geographical regions or countries where the dashboards are being accessed from, as well as the specific IP addresses of the viewers.
How are you solving it currently?
There is currently no native way to view this information within Preset's usage metrics. Customers can only view the standard usage metrics split by dashboard and user, lacking network-level and geographical insights.
What is your recommended solution?
Enhance the Usage Metrics data model and reporting for embedded metrics to capture and expose the viewer's IP address and their corresponding Region/Country. Add these fields as groupable dimensions so customers can analyze their embedded dashboard traffic geographically.
