Clear All button in the dashboard filter panel should also clear the applied column filter in the Interactive Table chart

Dashboard users can clear all applied filters in the dashboard using the Clear All button in the filter panel. However, this does not clear the applied filter in the Interactive Table's column.

Manually clears the applied column filter.

The Clear All button should also clears the applied column filter in the Interactive Table chart.
