On a mixed chart type, provide option to set secondary y-axis title position

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

On a mixed chart type, provide option to set secondary y-axis title position. Currently only the primary y-axis has this option.

How are they solving it currently?

Not possible as there is no option to set the position of the secondary y-axis title, it defaults to being on the top.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide option to set secondary y-axis title position similar to the primary y-axis option.
