Ability to filter charts by missing dataset

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Admins would like to quickly find charts that aren't associated with any dataset. This happens when the dataset is deleted.

How are they solving it currently?

Users need to visually check the list of charts to identify the ones that don't have a dataset associated with it.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide the ability to specify "None" or etc in the dataset dropdown to quickly identify charts that are missing a dataset.
