Support the function of creating metrics using modified Calculated Columns in the Custom SQL section

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

The customer wants to create a metric directly in the chart panel by using the Custom SQL section.

How are they solving it currently?

If they want to create a Metric using a modified calculated column, the system doesn't recognize the calculated column

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Implement the possibility to create metrics by using modified Calculated Columns (e.g, CalCol/100, CalCol1/CalCol2 , CalCol*NormalCol, etc.) inside Metrics.
