What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
Users want to share scheduled chart reports in Slack without exposing a direct link to the underlying chart asset. The goal is to provide visibility without allowing access or modification of the chart.
How are they solving it currently?
Currently, there is no way to remove the link — all PNG reports to Slack include a clickable link to the chart. Some users attempt workarounds like sending dashboard-level reports or manually copying images, which are not scalable.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Introduce a configuration option in the Report settings to disable the clickable link when sending PNG reports to Slack or email. This would allow users to share visual insights securely without giving access to the asset
