Create an Alert directly from the Conditional Formatting menu

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

Chart creators can add conditional formatting to the chart to show certain data that meet the criteria. It would be great if there were a function to directly create an alert out of the result.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Create an option to create an alert based on the conditional formatting.
