Impersonate a user when sending out Alerts and Reports

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

With the implementation of OAuth and impersonation in the database connection (Snowflake, Google Sheets, etc), charts in the dashboard are shown with an error in the generated file (PDF, PNG).

Create an option to impersonate a user from the team when generating the Alerts and Reports content.
