What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
The list of charts quickly gets long and difficult to manage. There is no way in preset to organise charts (using e.g. tags or folders)
How are they solving it currently?
Users must conform to our naming convention when creating charts.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
I think your product and UX team can come up with a better suggestion than I could.
