set global account time zone

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

In our databases are all timestamps in UTC format.

How are they solving it currently?

We set hours offset = 2 in our main datasets. This represents our time zone 'Europe/Berlin' in summer time.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

It would be pretty useful to have a feature in order to change the account time zone and then get the right data of a precise time range.
