Create an option to use Decimal Value on Numerical Range Filter Type

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

At the moment, the Numerical Range Filter Type only caters to an integer value. It is not possible to slide to a decimal value.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Create an option to be able to filter up to a decimal value.
