Provide option to extend bulk select to bulk select across all pages

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

The Bulk Select option only allows users to select multiple items (Dashboards, Charts, Datasets, etc) in the current page. Navigating to another page does not preserve the selection. This limits the ability to perform bulk operations via the UI.

How are they solving it currently?

Users need to perform bulk actions page by page.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Provide the ability to persist selected options when navigating across pages.
