Parent-Child Filter to be able to apply to all filters

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

User is looking to show only relevant values on the filter and the relationship of the filter can be child-parent and parent-child

How are they solving it currently?

Can only do parent-child and it will throw cyclical error it Preset detects a cyclic relationship

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Ability to have filters show relevant value depending on other filters regardless of the relationship
