What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
Right now, team admins are not able to download their invoices, current and past from Preset Manager. They also can't update the contact information details on the app.
How are they solving it currently?
They have to engage with the Preset Support team requesting for the desired invoice(s).
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
A feature to allow team admin to download invoices from the Team Administration, and also manage the billing contact.
Also, I would like an additional user type, an accountant, with only access to the billing information. Preset should not charge for this type of user.
