Allow for custom time grains

Customer would like to be able to set different time grain options in chart configurations and filters, in this case they usually use 5, 10 or 20 minutes aggregation in our analyses.

Add More Options to Time Grain

Currently the time grain options are limited to "Original Value, second, minute, hour, day, week, month, quarter, year" Expand the options between minute and hour to include intervals such as 5min, 20min, half hour.
