Improve the process of embedding images on dashboards

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

The discovery and usability of embedding images on dashboards are very difficult. Users don't know how to go about customizing the dashboard to their preferences, and it requires technical context to use Markdown/CSS.

How are they solving it currently?

Images can be added via Markdown/CSS.

What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

Implement a solution to properly add images to dashboards. Using markdown to embed the image causes the dashboard screenshot export to not have that images on the screenshot
