Our company asks customer satisfaction questions in several languages. However, the data when exported from PreSet ends up not being able to translate the text for foreign languages such as chinese or portuguese. I also worry that when using those characters in my queries, it will not return the right data sets
We confirmed today that Preset interface is handling the characters, and it is something going on with with Excel. Excel can't manage multiple languages within a single column in Excel.
Thanks for the feedback!
Just to confirm - are the characters showing up properly in the interface and incorrectly in the CSV exports, or incorrectly in both the Preset interface and the CSV exports?
Just add some color to the request. Our database (Redshift) does support above-mentioned foreign characters, but when we download the data as csv from Preset, these characters are not able to shown our devices. We suspect this has something to do with the encoding mechanism of Preset's "download as csv" function.
