Freeze / Lock header column or row in regular or pivot table

What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

When viewing large/lengthy Table and Pivot Table charts, it's difficult to scroll it and keep context on the information since header column/row can't be locked/frozen.

How are they solving it currently?

N/A - no workaround currently available.

Provide the ability to freeze/lock header column or row when scrolling these charts.
