What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
When sample data is returned when generating a chart, it is not constrained by the row limit set in the explore view. Currently it returns all data up to 1000 rows.

Accepting the current output.
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Align the sample data to work as intended (per documentation) to be tied to the row limits.
