What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?
Customer has streaming data that is delayed through their ETL, and as such it looks like their metrics are always falling off a cliff at the tail end of their chart. The customer wants to eliminate the most recent 20 minutes of data
How are they solving it currently?
Customer isn't able to put in a "Before" in the Relative Date/Time so they are instead showing all data up to now, and feeling frustrated about the accuracy of the recent metrics
What is the recommended solution by the Customer?
Instead of only having "After" options, the dropdown for Relative Date/Time should have "Before" options
