Examples Improvements

Problems:

• When we make changes or bug fixes to examples dashboards, it updates the timestamps for all workspaces and brings back delete dashboards/charts/datasets

• There are a lot of examples items (especially charts and datasets) that can get in the way of the user's actual content

Ideally:

• Users are able to easily show/hide examples when they do or don't want to see them

• Users can still interact with examples if they want to use them as a sandbox/playground

• We are able to make changes/fixes to examples without disrupting the user's other content
