Null Dates Should be Filterable and not set to 1970-01-01

Currently Null Dates are displaying as 1970-01-01 when using the table chart. Ask is to enable nulls to not show up with this date.

1. What is the problem or goal the end user is trying to solve or accomplish?

   1. Remove the auto-date that is currently populating for null dates.

2. How are they solving it currently?

   1. There is no solution currently, just ignoring it/adjusting to it.

3. What is the recommended solution by the Customer?

   1. Ensure NULL dates are listed that way and allowed to be filtered as needed.
