Make the are for SQL input larger and more obvious

When adding a metric to a dataset, the SQL expression box is hard to gauge.

Expected: The box after clicking "Add Item" is large and well defined for a user to enter the SQL expression

Actual: The box is not outlined. The area that is clickable is small, and only upon hover can you see the tooltip to enter a SQL expression.
